When attempting to use the Openable APIs of open() and close(), they do not work if you are using LOCK_MODE_LOCKED_CLOSED. As per its documentation:

The user may not open it, though the app may open it programmatically.

So programmatically opening/closing the drawer should be allowed. This would make it consistent with openDrawer() and closeDrawer().

And When we make the Call to somebody the Photo is not shown unless the Caller Picks
the Phone, this is annoying too.

Yeah, bigger caller ID picture would be great, and probably more (selectable )
information, like group, company etc. (i sometimes want to know the person is in which
company)

Please make it bigger, 96x96px is very small, need to be bigger also in Google

Current Icons are just far too small.
People are always asking why my caller ID pictures are so tiny.
Big turn off to some.
Much bigger Caller ID screen is a must. Apps that have tried get cut off by Google
sync. So even efforts by devs are getting hampered.
