Description
I am recreating a new bug because my old bug was marked as a duplicate of another open bug - however it was marked as intended behavior and closed. This was working before and is NOT intended behavior if you can't even run the application.
I have a deployed Apps Script web application that has been running fine with out issues (for months) up until just a bit ago. It seems there's some kind of service outage as the file now fails to load entirely. I have not made any updates to code which would have changed this.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to load the file via the given URL which has worked many times before.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? If you see error messages, please provide them.

I can confirm now, I was only logged into 1 account - the application worked. I logged into a second Google account (with the same account I used before still logged in as default, just simply logging into an additional account) - after logging into that second account the application no longer loaded.
