We have not been able to collect additional debugging information and on the AGP side we did an audit of all task input file collections. I'll close this for now, but in case there is more information please comment on the

Original issue:
It seems that some AGP and KGP tasks which use
@Classpathpath sensitivity have changed order of input files between runs e.gkaptGenerateStubsDebugKotlin(classpath file input property),desugarDebugFileDependencies(classpath property),compileDebugJavaWithJavac(classpath input property),dexBuilderDebug(dexParam.desugarClasspath input property).We are still trying to collect more info, and there is a Gradle issue as well -https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/15626 .
