Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish: Customer is not able to identify individual BigQuery Storage API ReadSession spending. Hence, Customer would like to determine the amount spent on a particular BigQuery Storage API ReadSession [1] and wish Readsession can have labels, similar to BigQuery job labels [2].
