Consider a dynamic-feature, df, that depends on its app module, app, and a library, lib, as shown below:

 df_____
 |      |
 |      |
app    lib

Running lint from the app module with checkDependencies true should cause issues from lib to be included in app's lint report. Currently, that's not the case - only issues from app and df are included in app's lint report, not issues from lib.

Since there is no progression, I wanted to share our quick-fix for the issue.

#sdkmanager --package_file=${PATH_WORKSPACE}/packages
while read p; do echo "y" | sdkmanager "${p}"; done <${PATH_WORKSPACE}/packages

This has been fixed on master today (internal ref: ag/2945015) and will be available in the next SDK release.
