In Safe-Args 2.4.0-alpha01 we added the fromSavedStateHandle API and along with the ArticFox Canary 12 added the same method to Android Studio light classes.

We will now be adding a toSavedStateHandle API in Navigation and we should update light classes to include this new method as well.
