This is a regression of the migration. It is triggered when HttpUrlConnection.getRequestProperty returns null (our kotlin wrapper around it returns a non-null string). The workaround is to not use app inspection (press the red stop button if it's already running, or you can restart Studio).
I will try to get the fix into CM beta 4.

Update: The fix landed in Dolphin canary 5 (next week release), CM beta 4 (March 3rd release), and BB patch 3 (mid-late March release).

There are no particular reproduction steps. It just seems to occur randomly, and frequently. No issues when not debugging. I believe it has something to do with the network profiler in android studio. I am connected to a physical device (Samsung Galaxy Tab S7)
