The room-paging KMP integration on initial load starts an 'immediate' transaction which grabs a 'write' lock immediately on a reader connection which is illegal:

androidx.sqlite.SQLiteException: Error code: 8, message: attempt to write a readonly database

The same happens when trying to install eap versions of the plugin (e.g. 1.1.3-eap-85-Studio3.0-1).

Yes, we had to temporarily disable updates. This will be fixed in Canary 5.
