We integrated the upstream fixes.

I don't know if this is related but if cleanly installed AS Toolbar is not in place as it used to be in AS 2 and needs to be re-enabled View->Toolbar.

Following the updates from upstream https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JRE-434 , everything should work on macOS 10.13.2 beta 1.

Version of Gradle: 3.3
Version of Java: 1.8
OS: macOS High Sierra
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I just can't access to the menu bar at the top of the window, it not there. I am unable to build a signed apk. I tried restarting both AS and the machine but the menu bar is still not at the top.
