Projects with one or more single quotes in title fail to install on emulators. Each time the run button is clicked, the single quotes in the file paths provided to adb install-multiple -r are encoded to ' and on subsequent runs, the & is also encoded, resulting in an additional amp; so after 3 runs, the filepath contains &amp;apos;

Repro:
1. Create a new project with a single quote in the Application Name field
2. Click through to finish creating the new project
3. Click the Run button

Build: 2.3.3, AI-162.4069837, 20170606,

AI-162.4069837, JRE 1.8.0_112-release-b06x64 JetBrains s.r.o, OS Windows 10(amd64) v10.0 , screens 2560x1440, 2400x1350

This doesn't seem to be InstantApp-specific, I get the same error message when trying to run the traditional app.
Investigating further.
