"Virtual Device Configuration" window is too small in hidpi screens
Bug
Description
* Run Android Studio 3.0
* Open the "AVD Manager" window
* Click on the "configure" button
Result:
* The "Virtual Device Configuration" shows up, but the left pane is too small (see attached screenshot)
Expected
* The "Virtual Device Configuration" shows up with a readable left pane
