Fractional image dimensions are now handled properly by Studio. The fix will be included in AS 3.2 Canary 5.

@4 It's just that only the stable version is usable for me currently to work well on all devices.
Each other version has a different, serious issue.

1. Try to import the attached SVG file as VectorDrawable into your app.
I get an error doing such a thing.
