On exit, I get error Unable to open C:\Users\aflanaga\.android\avd\Nexus_One_API_25.avd\data\misc\pstore\pstore.bin: Permission denied
in the log.

I have manualluy removed read-only permission from that file, which keeps it from occurring on the first exit after. However, next run it is again marked "read-only" and the error recurs.
