This is a request for an API capable of monitoring any quotas/resource usage and produce the same results viewed on the Cloud Console > Activity tab.
On this tab, it is possible to see the warnings of quotas approaching the limit with the message "approaching quota limit for <quota>".
This will allow customers to monitor the resources/quota usage with an API.
