Devices/Android versions reproduced on: -
The generated equals will almost always return false - unless comparing the same object. The method contains a super check which will always return false as it is just comparing the object:
if (!super.equals(object)) {
return false;
}
In addition to this being fixed having toString() returning more than just the object reference would be very helpful for testing.
