Issue summary: The customer wants to know how to clone a GCP project in order to create a new project with the exact copy of resources from the first one. Specifically, they want to clone their current project and have an exact copy of their cluster on the first project to be cloned to the new project.

Steps to reproduce: Upon further searching, it seems that there is no option yet to clone a GCP project (including all resources) since cloning might cause the created project to misbehave.

Expected functionality: If possible, the customer is requesting for a feature to clone a GCP project in order to create a new project with the exact copy of resources (e.g. GKE cluster) from the first one.
