The current process requires Organization administrators to first compile a list of the projects they would like to move from one organization to another with which to contact GCP Support.
GCP Support will then move the projects out of the current organization so they have no parent (no organization) and give the client the possibility to use the “gcloud alpha projects move” command [1] to move the projects in new organizations.

Client is looking to remove the dependency on GCP Support when removing the projects from the old Organization.
