Workmanager ktx should be updated to reference ListenableWorker instead of Worker for the extension functions.

Hi, thanks for trying Room KMP! The current alpha release indeed does not have support yet to use room-paging in a KMP project (in non-Android targets). We are working on having it available in upcoming releases and we'll update https://developer.android.com/kotlin/multiplatform/room#feature-differences shortly to mention this missing item.
