There should be a way to use lifecycle management on deleted (non-live) objects based on the time the object got deleted.
This field could then be used similar to the Age lifecycle condition [1] but instead of using the object creation time, it should use the object deletion time.

One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.
