Issue Summary: Some customers are seeing below in their SD logging. Per investigation done, this is working as intended.

Aborted connection XXXXX to db: XXXXX user: XXXXX host: 'cloudsqlproxy~XXXXX' (Got an error reading communication packets)

Suggestions:
1. Improved logging message - customers find such as something that might be an error, in any case a better error message would be the best.
