Please make possible to get the displayName of the annotation spec from its ID.

This is needed to tie the annotationSpecId used for the label axes back to the actual labels after retrieving the confusion matrix of a model from the REST API.

As per documentation page [1], currently there is no way to obtain the displayName of the annotation spec from its ID. To see the display_names, review the model evaluations in the UI.
