I'm opening this feature to request a feature for the following use case:
When using Domain Restricted Sharing (Beta) [1] is enabled is not possible to add users, service accounts from outside the domain.
If you have a group (example@organization.com) containing emails outside the organization (example@gmail.com) users out of the organization

organization.com inherit group permissions and this bypasses the organization constraint.

When organizations have gmail users this may be needed for GSuite services like Google Docs, etc.

One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.
