Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Make sure that auto-scroll works in both ways, in the project window.
3. Copy-paste some file, which will get focused.

The bug:
It doesn't auto-scroll to it on the project window.

I remember this issue occurs on other similar cases, but I don't remember which exactly.
Also when it's enabled, many times the focus gets crazy, as I've written here:

@4 Right, but note that it's not the same issue. Here it doesn't focus at all , and there it does too much (going to a lot of files).
It could all be related though. Here's another one that for some reason I decided to report on the youtrack website:

Issue is still the same, and with exact same steps as I've shown on the video. Watch a new video. It's so easy to reproduce that it's in less than 5 seconds...
