• What you would like to accomplish:
I would like to know if the invocation of a CF is a retry or not.

• How this might work:
Add a "retry" parameter to the "context" iff. the function is retry-enabled. (If it is not, this parameter is undefined.) Upon initial invocation, this parameter's value is "false" - but subsequent retry invocations will have it set to "true".

• If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
There is no other alternative solution in CF
