Currently there is no way to white list instances in Managed Instance Groups when you are using no-external-ip organizational policy constraint. To white list the instances you need to have the instances names and this is not something which could be set up manually or predicted in a managed instance group [1]
It would be good if there is a way to white list the Instance group name, so that way all the instances in the instance group are white listed.
