When I try to repro, the app doesn't crash for me, but I do see "Advanced profiling is unavailable for the selected process" when I upgrade from AGP 3.2.1 to 3.3.0.
Seems like a related problem, but I'm curious if you could give me any more details so I can repro exactly. E.g., are you using a device or emulator to run the app? What version of Android?

I was able to reproduce the issue with emulator API 25 and lower.
Workaround is to use device/emulator API of 26 or higher.

I work with lower API. Will it be fixed?

Yes, this has been fixed. The fix won't be in 3.3.1, but it will be in the following release.
