Really I've waited more than 4 minutes to attach to the process, and it didn't finish.
Even trying to cancel it using the button failed, and I had to kill the process of the IDE

Attached logs of the IDE after I started it , after killing it.
Otherwise I can't do it because it's an annoying dialog that doesn't let me do anything except looking at it being stuck.

Description
we are having issues regarding administrative_area_level_1 in the geocode results.
Since approximately the 18th of january 2019, the administrative_area_level_1 is *missing* in many geocode results corresponding to addresses in Italy.
Moreover, the results are inconsistent.
For instance, two very similar queries
- reggio calabria - rc
- via gebbione a mare, 25, 89129 reggio calabria rc, italia
give the same locality, administrative_area_level_3, administrative_area_level_2 and country, but only the first gives the administrative_area_level_1.
For reference, I give below the two respective URLs:
The same happens in many other cases.
I looked for similar issues and I found this:
They made reference to CZ, and the explanation was that the administrative_area_1 is not commonly written in addresses in CZ.
While the same may be said also for Italy, the administrative_area_level_1 (corresponding to "regione") is still an important piece of information to locate places.
Namely, we are using it to manage our logistics.
Is it possible that a similar change occurred also for Italy?
The same problem could be happening also for Spain, for instance with the query "Stockauto Sur Sevilla, SPAIN".
Is it possible to fix this also for Italy (and Spain), like it was for CZ?
