Scenario;

I have two different emulator one with `Pixel 2 API 24` one with `Pixel 2 API 28`. Most of the time I use Api 28 but whenever I restart Android Studio, drop down selector start with Api 24. In actual list is sorted and start with Api 24. If that drop down could remember last selection, that would be nice.
