One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.
Description
If someone has two projects, with GCS used as storage in one of them, she should be able to assign an existing GCS bucket from the initial project to the second, target project, and be able to use the bucket in the second project immediately. This re-assigning procedure should not imply downtime and effort, such as normally required by copying data between buckets. Rather, the same bucket is to immediately be made available in the target project without any delay at all.
