Currently VectorDrawable is drawn to a bitmap internally which is then drawn to the canvas. I understand this might be important for performance reasons but not all Canvases rasterize its output. For example the canvas used with PdfDocument writes as vectors. When using VectorDrawable with a PdfDocument canvas the result is a blurry image (depending on which resolution you pick).

It would be great if VectorDrawable detected if the end result will be rasterized or if you would manually disable the bitmap step for a drawable.
