What you would like to accomplish:

- Being able to add a property for a PTR record when creating an instance through the GCP API. This will automate the creation of instances that need variable PTR records.

How this might work:

- When trying to create GCE instances with PTR records using the GCP API, an additional method for verifying the domain in the Webmaster Central would be available as in the Search Console API [1].

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
- (yet to try) Adding the property using the Search Console API [1] instead of the GCP API.
