Problem you have encountered: When searching for acronyms, Cloud Talent Solution does not support searches for all the acronyms of all the occupations. So it would be desired to have an option to create custom associations between terms.

For example, Cloud Talent Solution doesn't associate CSA with Customer Service Sales Associate, only with Customer Service Associate. So, when searching for Customer Service Associate, it returns the values for Customer Service Sales Associate as well, but searching CSA doesn't return results.

What you expected to happen:
Give the ability to make custom associations. Maybe even providing / customizing  what other jobs would be relevant to the acronym.
