Based on the videos uploaded, before and after are what I would expect since the after looks exactly the same, just with a longer duration on the exiting fragment's fade animation.
For the last video (rc02-with-cl-resources), it looks like there is no fade animation for the exiting fragment at all, and its view is instantly destroyed. This is how I would expect the after video to look if you removed the fade animation from the exiting fragment.
Copying the resources should behave the same as using the defaults. If the fade animation was not removed, and this is still the case, could you upload the app that reproduces this? It is difficult to be sure what is happening just based on videos.
