A short description of the request:
In a school environment, we need to ability to see which email addresses have been blocked by students and staff.
What is the purpose of this new feature?
We would like to get blocked senders added to the GMail API, similar to how filters are handled. If it is added, we can use GAM to report against the data.
What existing APIs would this affect?
What existing data does this use?
Similar to the user.settings.filter data, but for blocked senders.
