Problem you have encountered: can't change AppEngine region or add new regions

What you expected to happen: be able to change AppEngine region or add new regions

Steps to reproduce:
1. create project
2. create application engine
3. try to change AppEngine or add new AppEngine to suit actual code
4. realise updating or creating multiple AppEngines are not permitted
5. question career choices

Same here. Without thist, my mountscripts won't work. Is there a way to add the Android Device in the Whitelist?
