Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:
Use the cluster lifecycle features of the dataproc v1beta2 API via deployment manager

How this might work:
User would be able to use a dataproc.v1beta2.cluster type in a deployment manager template and thereby specify cluster lifecycle options.
