Description
What you would like to accomplish:
Having several relatively small databases on one Cloud SQL Instance without compromising the SLA Google Cloud SQL has [1].
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
Sometimes, customer design requires to have 50,000 tables on one Cloud SQL (MySQL) instance. it would not be cost-effective to have more Cloud SQL instances just to be under 10000 tables per DB instance.
