This came up during an informal discussion / brainstorm with mount@ - it seems like it would be great if we could offer this as a convenience API rather than duplicating logic and moving runWithTimingDisabled around.

Example given:
measureRepeated {
  measure("measure") { view.measure(width, height) }
  measure("layout") { view.layout(left, top, right, bottom) }
}

A good motivation for this is dependent logic that only makes sense together, but is ideally measured in separate chunks.
