Step #1: Transfer an APK file to the test device to some location on external storage

Step #2: UnZIP the attached project, install, and run it on the test device

Step #3: Click the "open" toolbar button and navigate through the Storage Access Framework UI to pick your APK file from Step #1

Step #4: Follow the prompts to grant the app from this issue the right to install the app that you chose in Step #3

Step #5: When prompted, click "Install" to install the APK from Step #3

Step #6: In a few minutes, after you hear the acknowledgement beep, look for a system notification about the app install
