Hi, same here, the fact that the Leanback’s GridLayoutManager doesn’t support dynamic SpanSize makes our current implementation limited. In fact, we need to show in a single VerticalGridView, multiple HorizontalGridView. To do so, we use a list of concatenated adapters. This works fine when we need only need to show a horizontal list (inside the VerticalGridView). But to be able to show a grid inside it, we should have been able to specify a dynamic span size (a list will have a span of 1 and a grid a span of a given columns number). Due to this limitation, we are currently not able to show a grid inside the VerticalGridView.
