The customer wants to know how to send Japanese (UTF-8) logs from Stackdriver Logging Agent installed on Windows server to Stackdriver Logging.

They tried configuration as same as Linux, but they could not make it.

1. The customers want to know if they can view logs in Japanese (UTF-8).
2.I could send Japanese log to Stackdriver logging from Windows instance, but not be shown in Japanese.
