This ticket is to have something like initial letters such as https://www.w3.org/TR/css-inline-3/#initial-letter-intro or markdown support.

We can delete this ticket too since the relation to HTML is not clear to me .

If that was not the intention and initial letters, default markdown for text layout is what is requested, please let us know.

Otherwise please feel free to assign to default assignee again.

Bullet lists is another complicated rich text feature that has been explicitly requested. Filed b/299662276 to track that specifically.
