Using the Logcat => Screen Capture => Frame Screenshot (when running a Pixel 2 emulator), the Pixel 3 and 3a are not listed as options in the drop-down menu.

When capturing a screenshot while running a Pixel 3 emulator, only Generic Phone and Generic Tablet are available as options in the drop-down menu.
