Scheduled a release of 1.1.0-beta01 for March 12
Description
Currently this is not done, leading to different behaviour depending on the view hierarchy.
Alternatively, I think it would also be OK to adjust or remove the DRAG_RATE, as long as the behaviours become consistent.
