Problem you have encountered:
AutoML and Translation V3 services supports the usage of IAM custom roles. These custom roles work well when using the API service; nonetheless, they are not supported by AutoML Translation UI.

What you expected to happen:
Support custom roles in AutoML Translation UI

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a custom model based on "AutoML Editor". Remove the following permissions:
- automl.models.delete
- automl.datasets.delete
2. Assign the custom role to an account within the project.
3. With the user who has been granted with the custom role, try to access the AutoML Translation UI.
4. Permissions error message is thrown.
