There are places in the platform SDK and libraries where a developer can override a method intended to return this (ex. Drawable.mutate()) and return something else, leading to unexpected behavior. An annotation to enforce that an overridden method still returns `this` would help avoid mistakes, similar to how @CallSuper works.
