Ability to disable *Places API (Atmosphere Data)* and *Places API (Contact Data)* services from Console WITHOUT turning off Places API

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. i am unable to disable *Places API (Atmosphere Data)* and *Places API (Contact Data)* services from Console WITHOUT turning off Places API

Reason:
1. I am unable to update the app as it is no longer listed in iTunes app store
2. I need the ability to disable Atmosphere and Contact Data without turning off Places API as I do not need those additional data. But I do not have the ability to effect the change from the app as it is no longer listed in iTunes app store

When clicking on Manage Api button on Places Api

Re comment#3: issue #134801178 is now Fixed.

The ability to adjust Place Search requests to the desired fields is now available in the new Places API, please see the update in issue #134801178: fields option missing from PlaceSearchRequest and TextSearchRequest interfaces for more details.

The new API makes choosing which fields to return a required parameter on all API requests, there is no default value.

In addition to this, the new API introduces separate limits under the Quotas section, so that different limits can be set for each of

Place Photo as GetPhotoMediaRequest
Place Details as GetPlaceRequest
Nearby Search as SearchNearbyRequest
Text Search as SearchTextRequest

While this is not the same as requested in this feature request, it may be useful for similar purposes.
