The notebooks are only available in:
us-east1 (South Carolina)
us-west1 (Oregon)
asia-east1 (Taiwan)
europe-west1 (Belgium)
australia-southeast1 (Sydney)
northamerica-northeast1 (Montreal)
It would be usefull to have it available in US-Central1.
workaround:
- move the data
- Create the notebook in a GCE instance.
