Problem you have encountered:
See attached image. If I use cloud vision to recognise characters it will not recognise the fractions properly. I used the attached image with https://cloud.google.com/vision/docs/drag-and-drop and this is the result I got:

I doesn't look like a presentation error, the json seem to not have the results properly either.

What you expected to happen:
I expect either an unicode fraction character(like ½) or 3 normal characters (like 1/2). So for example in the above string instead of "1 9 2" I would expect "1½"
