Description
Issue summary: Would be great to have enabling Stackdriver logging option for TCP Proxy Load balancer. Currently this option is only available for HTTPS LB among all global external LB. This would be helpful to see the actual client source IP hitting front-end public IP address of the TCP Proxy global load balancer.
Following the TCP/SSL Proxy Monitoing page[2], the is no mention of stackdriver log entries facility.
